How to order without meat

The Ramen Vegetariano comes in a fermented miso broth with a gentle kick of heat. We also have Arroz Tofu Curry and, in summer, Ramen Frío, which has a vegan option. Just mention it when you order: all our other ramens contain chicken, pork or chashu.

Vegan, spicy and allergies

Only the Ramen Frío, which we serve in summer and which comes with a vegan option. The rest of the year there's no vegan dish on the menu; if you need one, ask us before you order.

It's mildly spicy. If you'd rather have it without the heat, ask us when you order. The Miso contains meat and only has a separate spicy version.
