Walk in and you'll see the bar, the noren curtains and the cooks at the back. It's a small room and fills up early. Our broth is made in-house, seven in all: Tonkotsu, Miso, Shio, Shoyu, Paitan, Vegetariano and, in summer, Ramen Frío.

The easiest way is to share two starters, such as the Gyozas de cerdo y verduras (6 u.) and the Takoyaki (4 u.), then have a ramen each. If you like heat, the Miso comes in a spicy version too.
